Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent. Lent is a time of self–examination and repentance; of prayer, fasting, and meditating on God's Word. Lent is a time that we can come to God, and find that God is waiting for us; waiting to receive us back into relationship, into fellowship. Waiting to be reconciled with us yet again.
